Whilst a comprehensive on-site pool handover is provided, a new pool owner may become daunted in their new and unfamiliar role.  To ensure a level of service excellence is maintained, the Albatross Pools display centres incorporate customer service facilities including free water testing, spare parts, chemicals and knowledgeable staff to offer advice and expertise on the latest in water treatment solutions.  Open 7 days a week year round (excluding major public holidays), the Albatross Pool Shops offer an unrivalled level of support to their clients.

In House Service Division

In addition to the pool shops, Albatross Pools are one of the only pool builders to have an in-house service division.  No need to call the local sub-contractor or the manufacturer if assistance is required.  The Albatross Service Team are fully trained and equipped with mobile workshops – hopefully assistance won’t be needed but it’s reassuring to know the help is there if needed.
