At Albatross Pools, we believe the ultimate company judgement comes from the customer. There will always be plenty of pool companies ready to lay claim to being the biggest and the best with branches all across the country and there will be those who use personalities or gimmicks to make a sale. The real test lies in how long the pool builder has been in business and what their customers will have to say about the pool business, the team and the product.
It is important to remember that even the most reputable builder makes mistakes or experiences problems - it's the very nature of the construction business. However the real test is the pool builder's willingness to correct the error.

"Often we look at the 'warranty' on offered on products that we want to purchase and wonder how long after the warranty period expires will we start running into problems, or, will the company still be around if I need to make a claim under the warranty?
I see that you are still offering a '10 year interior warranty' on your pools; that's what you were offering back in the early 1980's when we bought our Albatross pool from you.
Lets move forward 35 years to 2017 - the pool is still serving us well, the interior is still in great condition and you are still in business! What more could a customer want!

"A pool is quite an emotional purchase and in todays world I would suggest it is could be classed as a luxury item. The team at Albatross Pools were exceptional the trades involved with the dig, measure and install were exceptional. When the sales guy came out he said "from start to finish it will be 10 days" we were thinking "yea sure" but it was right on. The finish according to the feedback from family and friends is outstanding. Relating to the actual build; according to other trades we have had working around the pool, it is millimetre perfect. For a person who has not ever had a pool before the hand over (commissioning) was fabulous, Geoff is a very patient man. Thanks Albatross!"

"We purchased an Albatross pool about 20 years ago. Not knowing anything about pools, we selected Albatross because they were running a jubilee special and it was what we could afford at the time. The pool was originally Dark Blue, with an ionizer and solar heating. It has been fantastic. We have had years of enjoyment in and around the pool, and really like it as the visual center of our back yard. We don't understand why ionizers are not more popular. Ours has been great as it means we use very little chlorine - no chemical smell and almost self maintaining. After 19 years the interior was well past its recommended replacement date and we had Albatross do a renovation. This was a new interior in a modern Bahama color, an additional step and grab handle installed. The result is a totally fresh and new look. Its great. We don't know about other types of pools, except that our experience with an in ground Albatross pool has been fantastic over many years. Thoroughly recommend."

"Choosing to renovate our Albatross pool with a new liner over the cooler months was a great decision. Following our initial enquiry with Justin, we were more than happy with his recommendation of also upgrading to the new LED lights which has enhanced the entire pool area. Graeme, who carried out the work was extremely professional, always punctual and thorough in all aspects of his trade. Another nice touch, following completion, was Justin calling by to check everything went to plan and that we were happy with the result.
